I am a third year student in Business Technology Manangement at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Here are 3 of my courses:
This course is designed to introduce students to contemporary information systems and demonstrate how these systems are used throughout global organizations.
This course provides an introduction to computer hardware/software and communication networks.
The course covers the key concepts, techniques, and methodologies relevant to the process of developing information systems (IS).
I found that ITM100 was incredibly helpful to me as it provided a comprehensive introduction to the role of information systems in modern business. Through the course, I gained an understanding of the core components of IS—people, software, hardware, data, and communication technologies, and how they work together to enhance organizational performance.
